Golf shot & score tracking
Log every shot as you play. ShotLogger shows what's really happening on the course — not how it felt.
Runs in your browser — add it to your home screen. No download needed.

Why ShotLogger
Do you sometimes lose confidence in your game? Most of us do — and it's usually about what's happening right now: a run of bad shots, with no idea why, when yesterday it felt like all was going smoothly.
ShotLogger keeps you with what's real. Log your shots as you play, instead of relying on memory or feeling about how it went. It takes a small effort — using the app at each shot — and a few rounds before real patterns show up. It's not about feelings, but about insights based on data.
Once they emerge, you'll see what's actually decreasing your confidence — the figures, not the guesswork. Some small things you can fix yourself. For the rest, bring the data to your coach instead of just a feeling.
Know your game, not your feeling about it.
How it works
The app stays light and focused on playing. All you do is log — the insight follows.
Tap each shot — the club you hit and the position — or simply keep the score. It's quick, and it works right in your browser.
After a few rounds the picture becomes clear: greens, fairways, up & down, putts — measured, not remembered.
See what you can improve yourself, and which weaknesses are worth taking to your coach — with real figures.
Start your round
Open ShotLogger, set your bag and your playing mode, pick the course and start — you're logging from the first tee.
Three ways to play
Keep it to the score, or go deeper — your choice, round by round. The app stays light either way.
Just the scorecard — strokes and Stableford per hole. The fastest way to play.
Everything in Score, plus the club you hit on each shot.
Everything in Club, plus the position of each shot — the complete picture of your round.
On the course
Keep the scorecard, tap the club you hit, enter your score — and follow your round on the hole map. Quick, between shots.
Where it runs
ShotLogger runs as a web app on your phone — nothing to download. You log your shots, see your statistics and follow the live rankings, all from the browser.
The full GPS round trace — like the image at the top of this page — is part of the ShotLogger app for Android, currently in testing. It records your whole round on the hole map in the background while you play.
What you see
Clear, honest numbers from your own rounds — benchmarked against the field and against the course itself (par and stroke index).
How often you hit the green in the expected number of shots.
Where you stand off the tee, hole after hole.
Your short game, around and on the green.
The simplest honest mirror of your putting.
Your round against the field and against the course.
Stableford standings during the day — see where you stand.
Insights & statistics
After your round: shot detail, live rankings and the statistics that show your real game — greens, fairways, up & down and putts, benchmarked against the field and the course.
Insights
The same data works two ways: for the player who wants to coach themselves, and for the teaching pro coaching a group of pupils.
See the detail of every round and compare yourself against the field — players in your own handicap range. Spot what's really costing you, and fix the small things yourself. Made for players who want to improve through data.
The real coaches get the full picture: the data of all their pupils in one place. Coach with concrete numbers — not just what the pupil remembers to mention.
